For me, Mahabalipuram (also known as Mamallapuram) is one of such places.  Finally in December 2021, we planned the Mahabalipuram trip with cousins, our parents and kids.  2021- Year recap One of the trends on Instagram where people post one pic for each month of 2021, gave me the idea of writing blog for whole year in the similar pattern; to review what we have done throughout the year.  Earlier(before writing this blog) I was cribbing that we could not go out because of lockdown/pandemic, my opinion has changed after writing this blog. 😊We did a lot of things this year; family trips, trekking, house shifting, many blogs, Insta reels and much more.  So without delay, lets get started  -  January - Mysore trip with sister in laws(Nanad) and niece ( B log link) February - Chhota ladhak small trek/picnic ( Blog link ) March - Udupi trip ( Blog link ) April - At home May - At home and observed sun Halo. Distance from Bangalore : Around 60 km Trip Duratio n : 3 hour Day of travel : 5th Dec 2021 This was again one of the last minute unplanned trips which turned out to be a good fun, thrill and adventure.  At around 9:30PM we (I, My husband, his cousin Rohit & his wife Madhu) decided to go for a long drive and have some coffee along the way. We reached The Empire restaurant (on NH75 towards Kolar), at around 10PM. While having coffee at Empire, NH75 Kolar highway, we decided to go for Antargange trek.
