Chhota ladakh in Bengaluru

Bengaluru's Chhota Ladakh Place : Chhota Ladakh Distance from Bangalore : Around 40-50 km Trip type : 2-3 hours Trekking length/Duration : None Difficulty level - None I heard about Chhota ladakh from few friends. When I googled it, the first look was pretty attractive and the place was just 40-50 from Bengaluru. So we made made impromptu plan for Chhota Ladakh. Definitely it was not the kind of place I was expecting.   First of all it is not even 300 mt from the road. you can just park your car and walk around 200 mt you will reach there. I saw some people even parked on the spot as well.  Second, the whole area is very very small. if there are 20 people you can not avoid them in the pictures.  Third, No place/rock is good enough to sit and there is nothing to do. This area is generally hot and there are no trees or shade available. I find this place dirty as well, many used bottles, cups, plates all around. One can not spend more than 30 minutes at this place.  My feedback

Barman - Satdhara walk

Satdhara Barmaan   Place - Satdhara, Barmaan (Near Narsinghpur) Location - 100 km from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Trip type - Leisure, half day, 2-3 hours Thank you in advance for reading this blog, because this blog is about my hometown.  I have always blogged/written about places near Bangalore but now I am so thrilled/excited to write something about my hometown.  This place is around 100 km from Jabalpur and hardly 15 km from my home, situated on the bank of river Narmada. This place is called Satdhara, that means Seven streams, because here the river Narmada splits into seven(multiple) streams.  This is a raw beauty that you can soak in as much as you can and can enjoy the sceneries to your heart's 😀  Personally I can spend whole day here, with river & rocks and exploring/ soaking in the nature's beauty.  It was a cold and cloudy day. After spending many days at home without stepping out, WFH all mornings and evenings, we both had started to get restless and frustrat

Anthargange trek

Anthargange Caves and trek Place : Anthargange caves (Near Kolar) Distance from Bangalore : Around 80 km Trip type : Day trip Day of travel : 18th September Trekking length/Duration : Approx 3 km (to and fro)/ Around 2-2.5 hours Difficulty level - Moderate Our lives these days resemble the song " Hum tum ek kamre mai band ho aur chabi kho jaaye... Socho kabhi yesa ho to kya ho... " We all are locked in our houses/city and don't know what to do.  Though everything is open but still it is wise to avoid unnecessary travel. Moreover travelling for vacation is still NO NO!! So, we continue to do what is considered safe and doable in a day. Tatva has now completed 3 beginner level trek, and I was thrilled to start next level of trekking with him. I decided multiple places like Madhugiri fort, Kabbaladurga and Anthargange and zeroed down to Antargange, because this is closest (55km) to Bengaluru, while Madhugiri and Kabbaladurga are around 110 km.  The view point at Anthar
